Payment, Shipping, Return and Privacy Policies

Payment Methods

The Apothecary currently accepts Paypal payments. Payments can be made through PayPal with credit/debit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover) without having a PayPal account.

Sales Tax

We are required to charge sales tax on orders to be delivered to addresses within the State of Texas.

Shipping

Rates

All packages are sent USPS Priority Mail. Packages weighing up to 10 lbs will cost $5 and those weighing up to 25 lbs will cost $10. As most of our products are small and fairly light, most packages will be under 10 lbs.

Delivery

Packages will ship out within 2 business days of receipt of payment. USPS Priority Mail packages arrive in an average of 2-3 days from shipping. If your package has not arrived within that alloted time, please email us at customerservice@lunasgathering.com.

Return Policy

Returns

If you need to return a product, you must contact us within 30 days of receipt by emailing customerservice@lunasgathering.com.

Damages

If you are missing any merchandise from your order, or have received damaged items, put the package aside and contact us within 10 days so we may get the issue resolved in a timely manner. We will, upon your request, replace any merchandise that is received in damaged condition or as a result of a packaging error. No merchandise will be accepted or replacements issued without prior approval to return such merchandise. Filing of damage claims or missing package claims with the shipping provider (UPS, US Postal Service, Fed Ex, Etc…) will be the responsibility of Luna's Gathering.

What information do we collect?

We collect information from you when you place an order.

When ordering or registering on our site, as appropriate, you may be asked to enter your: name, e-mail address, mailing address or credit card information. You may, however, visit our site anonymously.

Any of the information we collect from you may be used in one of the following ways:

We implement a variety of security measures to maintain the safety of your personal information when you place an order

We offer the use of a secure server. All supplied sensitive/credit information is transmitted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology and then encrypted into our Payment gateway providers database only to be accessible by those authorized with special access rights to such systems, and are required to keep the information confidential.

After a transaction, your private information (credit cards, social security numbers, financials, etc.) will not be kept on file for more than 60 days.

Do we use cookies?

We do not use cookies.

Do we disclose any information to outside parties?

We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer to outside parties your personally identifiable information. This does not include trusted third parties who assist us in operating our website, conducting our business, or servicing you, so long as those parties agree to keep this information confidential. We may also release your information when we believe release is appropriate to comply with the law, enforce our site policies, or protect ours or others rights, property, or safety. However, non-personally identifiable visitor information may be provided to other parties for marketing, advertising, or other uses.

California Online Privacy Protection Act Compliance

Because we value your privacy we have taken the necessary precautions to be in compliance with the California Online Privacy Protection Act. We therefore will not distribute your personal information to outside parties without your consent.

Childrens Online Privacy Protection Act Compliance

We are in compliance with the requirements of COPPA (Childrens Online Privacy Protection Act), we do not collect any information from anyone under 13 years of age. Our website, products and services are all directed to people who are at least 13 years old or older.
